Cort Directions offers HRMS, Payroll, HR, Employee Self Service, and Manager Self Service for the Web. HRIS is highly available via an Internet Web Browser, fully secure, and user configurable. Combines legendary CORT Directions quality and rock solid payroll and HR logic with a web browser interface. This makes for an environment that is easy to use and learn, and even easier to maintain.

Software is maintained on the web server, eliminating the need for IT to update multiple client-computers with new software. Users access the server via a common Internet Explorer web browser. WebHRMS can be deployed as an Internet or Intranet solution, and can run side by side with existing client/server versions (ClassicHRMS). All interfaces for Payroll, HR, and Self Service are built into one package, and turned on and off as needed.

WebHRMS’s Training Management solution allows users to fully manage their employee training programs. Here, employees can be enrolled in a course, and evaluations viewed later on. A course catalog is provided on the right. Click on the course of your choice, a list of employees eligible to take the course is displayed. Add them to the class as you like.

Advanced features include Workflow Management, an automation tool that allows any business process to be executed electronically. Salary increases, transfers and promotions, training administration, document review, or just about any other business process can be added by the user. Training Management and Recruiting Management round out this full-featured solution that allows management of human assets from a single web browser interface, and from hiring through termination. Position Control and Data On Demand are also popular features of the system.
